Terms of Service

Taviqo is a tool for visually managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) workspaces and importing or exporting GTM configurations.

• The service is available only to users 18 years of age or older.
• Users are responsible for their own account security (passwords, access management, etc.).
• One account per person.

Users must not engage in the following activities.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial redistribution of the service
• Unauthorized access to or impersonation of another person's account
• Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Use of the service for illegal purposes

• Pro Plan: $39/month or $370/year
• Team Plan: $119/month
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• After cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• Full refund is available within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds after 7 days are reviewed case by case. Contact: support@taviqo.com

• Taviqo may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice.
• In the event of a long-term service interruption, refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

The service is provided "as is." Taviqo is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for GTM configuration errors, data loss, or other indirect damages caused by use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
